It's time to shift our thinking from "either/or" to "both/and." By asking ourselves how we can have both, we unlock a world of possibilities. Want to be a leader and a supportive parent? With creativity, planning, and hustle, it's possible. Remember, wealth isn't a zero-sum game. Every dollar spent strengthens our economy, creating opportunities for countless others. Let's inspire the next generation to embrace the "both" mentality and build a future where success doesn't come at the cost of happiness. Together, we can create a ripple effect of positive change! #abundancemindset #entrepreneurlife #successtips #philanthropy #futureofwork

Six months ago, I decided it was time to stop overthinking and start believing in myself again. Today, I’m beyond excited (and maybe a little terrified) to introduce Catalyzed Impact—a business that’s been simmering in my mind and heart for years. Motherhood flipped my career identity on its head. It made me question everything: What do I care about? What am I great at? How do I balance ambition with the beautiful chaos of life? Through it all, one thing became clear—I love tackling the messy, gritty challenges of motherhood, nonprofit leadership, and the big, bold dreams of women navigating their careers. For years, people have nudged, encouraged, and flat-out told me: “Start your own thing!” “You’re made to transform nonprofits!” “You’re the turnaround leader we need!” Honestly? I wasn’t sure I could do it. But after a lot of soul-searching, here I am—launching Catalyzed Impact, fully booked for the next year, and officially stepping into the deep end. This isn’t just about starting a business; it’s about finally saying YES to the whispers (and shouts) I’ve been hearing for years. To everyone who saw this in me before I did—thank you. To everyone wondering if they can take their own leap—here’s your sign. 🚀 Check out www.catalyzedimpact.com to see what I’m up to. Let’s make some magic happen. 💥. Here's to big adventures in 2025!

Be a Disrupter. Forget what you thought you knew about philanthropy. Disrupt the scarcity mindset and embrace abundance. We all have the potential to give, but we need to practice an abundant mindset. My motto is simple: see the light, be the light, and share the light. Begin by believing in yourself and the possibilities. Then, share your light with others.

Beautiful, right? Imagine if all philanthropists who had the means and resources to make a positive impact on the world chose instead to only serve their own interests or those of their immediate circle. The world would likely be devoid of many of the advancements, innovations, and compassionate initiatives that have helped improve the lives of countless individuals throughout history. What's remarkable is that one doesn't need to be a millionaire or a billionaire to make a difference. Simple acts of kindness, whether it's lending a helping hand to a stranger, volunteering time for a cause, or offering support to those in need, can collectively create a significant positive impact on society. Consider the ripple effect of such actions. By instilling values of generosity, empathy, and compassion in ourselves and in future generations, we contribute to fostering a world where people prioritize the well-being of others and the planet. It's about recognizing that our time on this Earth is finite and that we have the opportunity, each day, to leave a positive mark through our actions. Reflecting on the lives of individuals like Maria Callas, Aristotle Onassis, or Jacqueline Kennedy,etc-all died, and what left!? We are not forever on this planet! Why do we have wars? For sure not because these people are kind and generous. Make something good for people or the planet TODAY! Because tomorrow does not exist! #human #people #planet #philanthropist

A Call to Action: Embracing Inner Peace and Goodwill in 2025 As we step into 2025, a year full of promise and potential, I invite each of us—leaders, innovators, and changemakers—to pause and reflect. Beyond our professional accomplishments and personal aspirations lies a deeper purpose: our shared responsibility to make the world a better place. This responsibility begins with a choice. A choice to pursue inner peace, to foster goodwill, and to look beyond our own circumstances toward the struggles of the less fortunate. These are not mere ideals but the foundation of meaningful change. Every day, we encounter opportunities to transform lives—whether through acts of kindness, mentorship, community engagement, or philanthropy. The question is not "what can others do?" but "what can I do?" The challenges we face—poverty, inequality, and disenfranchisement—are daunting. Yet, solutions begin with small, intentional actions. Supporting local initiatives, mentoring underserved youth, or dedicating resources to charitable causes can create ripples of impact. As leaders, our influence is vast. By prioritizing compassion in our decision-making, we can inspire others to follow suit. Let us harness the power of collaboration, innovation, and empathy to create sustainable solutions that uplift the most vulnerable among us. 2025 can be a turning point—not just for our careers but for humanity. Let this year be marked by actions that align with a vision of unity and equity. Inner peace and goodwill are not just gifts we give to ourselves; they are the seeds of a brighter future for all. Together, let us step into this new year with purpose and resolve, leading with our hearts and striving to leave a legacy of hope and opportunity for generations to come. #InnerPeace2025 #Goodwill #LeadershipForChange

Investing in yourself and your giving today will yield rewards tomorrow. Here’s a great example I like to use: When you have limited organizational capacity, it can be hard to think with an abundance mentality. But having a big impact doesn’t mean you have to be the biggest funder. Sometimes, it means identifying your gaps in operations or knowledge and investing in filling those gaps. Take just 60 seconds to identify those gaps right now. What could you do to fill just one of them? Share one idea in the comments to inspire your peers to think more about growing their impact by investing in themselves. #InvestInYourself #Philanthropist #Strategy #PhilanthropyAdvisor

I want more women to be able to earn more money, because (it turns out - surprising NOBODY) that we were all raised, and are living in, systems which see us chronically underearning. So I'm charging just $36USD for a five-day program to help women radically shift the underlying mindset (AND I’ve created a buddy deal, so you can bring along a friend for free). Because while we may not be able to single-handedly change the systems in five days - we can sure as shit take some steps to liberate ourselves from their impact. I'm defiant about this, because I'm really fucking sick of it. If you know my work, you know it’s often done with a deliberate absence of rush, because very often slowing down is the answer. This is going to be the opposite, because sometimes the only way to smash something is lots of focus, applied at speed. So it’s five days of intense focus to create that initial momentum, and then 30 days of gentle follow up to help you get grounded in the new direction, and bring it to life. And it’s done with my signature blend of neuroscience and magic. Want details? Send me a DM, or drop an emoji into the comments, and I’ll hook you up. ❤️🙋🏻♀️🐨🌻🌟🏆🚀💰 #money #science #magic #mindset #possibility #coaching #groupcoaching #intensive #change

🚨 Nonprofits: It's Time to Break Free from the Scarcity Mindset! 🚨 For too long, many organizations have operated with a scarcity mindset—"We can’t afford top talent" or "We don’t have the resources." This thinking limits the impact we can have. But imagine this: What if we embraced an abundance mindset? 💡 What if we invested in top talent and secured the resources we need? We could double our impact and change the conversation from how little we spend to how much good we accomplish. It's time to stop limiting our potential and start thinking bigger. 🌱 Let's challenge ourselves and our leadership to move beyond limitations and dream about what's possible when we operate from a mindset of abundance. 💥 What would happen if we committed to this shift? Do you think it’s possible? Are we too burned out to pursue this? Let’s grow together! #NonprofitLeadership #AbundanceMindset #Impact #Growth

🌟 The Power of Impact: Making a Difference One Step at a Time! 🌍 In a world filled with endless possibilities, the significance of impact cannot be overstated. Impact isn't just about grand gestures or monumental achievements; it's about the ripple effect of our actions, no matter how small they may seem. Each one of us has the power to make a difference, to leave a mark on the world that reverberates far beyond our own existence. Here's why impact matters: Creating Change: Impact drives change. Whether it's advocating for social justice, protecting the environment, or supporting community initiatives, every act of impact contributes to positive transformation in our society. Inspiring Others: When we lead by example and demonstrate the power of impact through our actions, we inspire others to do the same. Our deeds have the potential to ignite a spark of inspiration in those around us, catalyzing a chain reaction of positive change. Fulfilling Purpose: Making an impact allows us to align our actions with our values and beliefs, giving meaning and purpose to our lives. It's in the moments when we see the tangible difference we've made that we feel truly fulfilled and connected to something greater than ourselves. Building Community: Impact brings people together. Whether it's through volunteering, charitable giving, or collective activism, the act of making a difference strengthens bonds within communities and fosters a sense of unity and belonging. Leaving a Legacy: The impact we make during our lifetime has the power to leave a lasting legacy. Whether it's through philanthropy, innovation, or acts of kindness, our legacy is defined by the positive imprint we leave on the world and the lives we touch. So, let's embrace the power of impact and strive to make a difference in whatever way we can, big or small. Whether it's lending a helping hand to a neighbor in need, standing up for a cause we believe in, or simply spreading kindness and positivity wherever we go, let's remember that our actions have the power to shape the world for the better. Together, let's make every moment count and leave a legacy of impact that transcends generations. 💫 Cheers to impact! #PowerOfImpact #MakeADifference #LeaveALegacy

Generosity as a Daily Practice in Life and Business Every day, I choose to embrace a lifestyle rooted in generosity. To some, generosity might seem like a one time act... but I’ve learned that it’s a mindset a way of living and leading. It’s the quiet act of releasing....giving without reservation and trusting in the abundance that unfolds from that posture. In business, this means looking beyond the transaction. At BCISE Holdings ... our mission is more than just growth.... It’s about planting seeds of impact. Generosity shapes every decision and drives us to make choices that benefit our community, foster development and inspire others. It’s about mentoring young athletes, supporting families, and prioritizing people over profits. In life, generosity breaks down walls of self preservation and opens the heart to a deeper connection. It challenges me to give my time, attention and resources without expecting anything in return, knowing that true wealth lies in what we give, not what we keep. Each act, no matter how small, reflects a belief in the strength of community and the resilience of kindness. #Generosity is my #foundation. It’s more than a strategy it’s a way of existing that I strive to embody every day. And when I give, whether in #business or personal life, I find that the reward is a sense of fulfillment and #purpose that no material #success could ever replace.
