Gratitude to Yoga Asanas. Wishing everyone a Happy International Day! The office was abuzz with excitement as we celebrated International Yoga Day together. Instead of the usual clatter of keyboards and the hum of conference calls, the space was filled with the gentle sounds of serene music and the soft rustling of yoga mats. As the clock struck 10, our makeshift yoga studio—formerly known as the conference room—welcomed employees with the soothing, creating a tranquil atmosphere that promised relaxation and rejuvenation. Thank you Quadrant Knowledge Solutions for giving me the opportunity to conduct Yoga session. From the rhythmic flow of cow and cat poses to the grounding stillness of water fall pose to chakrasan, each movement felt like a collective journey towards inner peace. The highlight was the laughter yoga segment, where we all surrendered to the joy of uninhibited laughter, filling the room with echoes of happiness. Celebrating International Yoga Day at the office was more than just a break from the routine: - it was a refreshing pause that left us all recharged and reconnected. - The spirit of yoga—unity, peace, and mindfulness—lingered in the air, promising to inspire our work and lives long after the mats were rolled up. As the day ended, a shared hope lingered in our hearts: that yoga would become a daily part and habit for all of us.
