🌟 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱: 𝗔 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 🌟 As we step into 2025, I pulled out an old book "Alive at Work" by Dan Cable. I am focused on how we can make this year impactful for our teams, clients, and employees. Here’s what I’m focusing on: 🔗 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 Collaboration isn’t just about working together. It’s about creating an environment where everyone feels encouraged to contribute, experiment, and grow. This year, I’ll focus on breaking silos, encouraging cross-team collaboration to drive creative solutions while recognizing contributions by celebrating wins as team achievements and using challenges as learning opportunities. I'm committed to invite open communication ensuring every team member’s voice is heard and valued. 🔄 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 Change is inevitable, but our mindset can determine how we maximize the power of change. This year, I’m committed to supporting exploration by allowing teams to test new approaches and learn from outcomes, fostering curiosity, encouraging “What if?” thinking to tackle challenges differently, and promote resilience building. 🌱 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝 Growth happens when people feel their work has purpose and meaning. I focus on connecting work to impact through helping teams see how their efforts contribute to meaningful outcomes. I'll continue to invest in development by prioritizing professional growth opportunities for all team members. And we must understand each person's motivation when taking the time to listen and align work with personal strengths and goals. Moving forward 2025 is an opportunity to build environments where teams thrive by collaborating effectively, embracing change, and driving meaningful growth. What are your goals for the year?? #Collaboration #Change #Growth #Leadership #AliveAtWork
