During May, Export Connect delivered the West Australian Government's Department of Primary Industries & Regional Development Domestic Market Pathways Program via a full-day masterclass, followed by a pitch deck workshop and 1:1 mentoring sessions to 23 participating F & B suppliers. We're now engaged in the next phase of the Pathways Program, where we’re again offering 1:1 mentoring – but this time, around competitor pricing and go-to-market pricing strategies. The participants are further weighing up the impact of freight from the west coast to the east, over and above WA expansion, as well as the financial impact of partnering with distributors, or seeking more direct approaches to retail, food service and hospitality, to ensure their brands are able to remain competitive in the market.
