Beautifully stated Elizabeth... Shifting Lack into Luminesence [You become the light for others] Yes, the cup is absolutely a gift and ALWAYS full... just because one cannot "see" it doesn't mean it isn't there. Are you grateful for the air you breathe? Can you see it? Do you realize if there are no more plant life here on planet earth, all other life perishes as well? There MUST be a balance and humble gratitude towards the larger picture. Thank you for your insightful message, dear friend.

Gratitude transforms scarcity into abundance. Even when the cup feels empty, focusing on what you have shifts your perspective. Small daily moments of thankfulness can make a big difference. The key is to appreciate the gift of having a cup at all, rather than fixating on its fullness. Embracing this mindset uncovers the treasures we often miss.

Whether the cup is half-empty or half-full, you should aim to make it full.....

It’s so easy to fall into the trap of focusing on what's missing, but taking just 10 seconds to pause and reflect on the blessings in my life can make all the difference. 🔥 Dr. Elizabeth Lindsey

I love the idea that gratitude is a way of seeing, not just an act—it shifts our whole perspective.
