I thought it was time to reintroduce myself (yes, I’ve done this before, but then I went quiet with my content, whoops! 🫣), and share a little more about what I actually do!
I’m Georgia, the new Sales and Marketing Executive at Citizen Communication Ltd and so far, this role has been both challenging and exciting for me.
To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of the typical "sales" persona, those persistent cold-callers with the negative stereotype. But in reality, there’s so much more to sales than that!
What I am truly enjoying is connecting with our clients, learning about their exciting plans, and now, being in a position where I can actively contribute to their success.
It’s not just about making sales for us. It’s about helping our clients achieve their goals with the best strategies and ideas, and that is what I love about working for a company that recognises this. A recent conference I attended struck a chord with me, and one statistic really stood out:

And the reason? A lack of nurturing.
It’s so true! Building relationships, staying engaged, and making clients feel valued is absolutely key. And that’s what I love about sales, the opportunity to truly make a difference.
