Inspired by the transformative power of collective dreaming, we recently engaged in the PATH exercise, collaboratively shaping the future and aspirations of our organization alongside leaders, families, and stakeholders. Elizabeth Neuville form Keystone Human Services was kind enough to facilitate the PATH for Allinclusive Foundation. -At Allinclusive, our North Star guides every aspect of our work, shaping our culture and endeavors towards a future where inclusion is innate. - Our team actively engages in the vision we're building, ensuring a sense of collective ownership and commitment to our shared goals. - Central to our approach is the cultivation of exceptional facilitators and trainers, who empower others to amplify their voices and contribute to a more inclusive world. - While challenges like team building and fundraising may arise, we believe in the power of understanding our beneficiaries to develop the necessary capabilities for effective impact. - Inclusion is fundamentally an incentive problem. What trends are shaping generosity in 2024? 🤩 Across the network, we’re seeing a shift towards legacy giving and collective philanthropy. The intergenerational wealth transfer of baby boomers, combined with rising concern about inequality and social cohesion, is driving purposeful giving into NZ communities. Wāhine are leading the charge with giving circles and Women’s Funds growing nationwide. There’s also a rise in cross-border giving into NZ, reflecting global connections. GivingPi and I.G. Advisors came together and organized an exclusive, closed-door discussion with leading philanthropists on next-gen philanthropy and its unique approaches. This bespoke, invite only, virtual session titled, ‘Understanding the Nuances of Next Gen Philanthropy’ provided an opportunity for participants to connect in building a learning and participatory community of global philanthropists. The roundtable discussion focused on bringing to light the different approaches and strategies being adopted by ‘new age’ philanthropists at the forefront of transformative change. For 8 years, our team of diverse advocates, leaders, builders, service providers, volunteers, and supporters has offered free programming and services—shaped by this community, for your community. SPEAR (by Resurgo): SPEAR is a national programme focused on helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds find pathways to work. The Diversity Trust: This non-profit organisation, a Community Interest Company, focuses on creating a fairer and safer society through social change advocacy.
