June is #MensHealthMonth. During this month encourage the men in your life to not only take care of their physical health but also their mental health. Men die by suicide 4 times more than women but yet are diagnosed with depression and mood disorders far less than women. Let the men around you know that it is okay to ask for help and that they aren't weak but are strong for asking for help. #stvzerosuicide #PTSDAwarenessMonth #menshealthawareness #MensHealthMatters #MensHealthAwarenessMonth #mentalhealth #MentalHealthMatters #mentalhealthawareness #askforhelp
