After 3.5 years of creating videos now we have the processes in place to create upto 40 shorts in a day & 10 long videos in a day. Our framework- 1- Do 4 rehearsals before the shoot- Divide your rehearsals in batches. 2- Design the set a week before or at least a day before the shoot - we have wasted our time when we tried creating the set on the day of shoot. 3- Role clarity- Each crew member should know what is expected from them on the set, this helps in team coordination a lot. 4- Involve every decision maker in the rehearsal in order to avoid last minute changes in the execution (Great ideas are always welcome even on last minute) 5- Most importantly look after your creators, give them at least 1 hour of time to be relaxed, revising the script and in setting themselves up for the shoot. PS- This picture is from the indoor Ad Film set. This was a home setup.

In the world of production, every shoot is more than just a job; it’s a collection of memories forged through teamwork and collaboration. From the director's vision to the spot boy’s unwavering support, every individual on set plays a crucial role that contributes to the magic we create together. It’s the little moments—the shared laughter during a long day, the collective sigh of relief when a shot goes perfectly, and the camaraderie that builds during the late-night edits—that truly define our experiences. Each team member, no matter their title, brings unique skills and perspectives that enrich the entire production process. In our industry, we often hear the phrase, "It takes a village," and it's true. The seamless flow of creativity and efficiency hinges on our ability to support one another, to lift each other up when the pressure mounts. It’s the passion and dedication of the entire crew that transforms a simple idea into a powerful visual story. At Snoozz Productions, we believe that it’s not just about delivering exceptional content but also about nurturing the relationships that make our projects come to life. Together, we’re not just colleagues; we’re a family working towards a shared goal. What are some of your favourite memories from the set that remind you of the strength of teamwork? #SnoozzProductions #Teamwork #Memories

Just a reminder for all creatives: do something (anything) that gets you out of your comfort zone. You'll thank yourself later. I wouldn't be the performer or the person I am today without taking risks and trying things that I suck at or I'm uncomfortable doing. And that's been a lot of things: - Horse riding (sucked at first, but it taught me discipline and patience) - Sales calls (again, stressful job, but damn if it doesn't teach you resilience and persistence) - Cast member at Disneyland (you won't find a better masterclass in customer service than by working for the mouse) - the list goes on and on and on... What are you doing to get yourself out of your comfort zone? Me, personally, I'm gonna be taking my first improv class at the Groundlings 😁 ------------------------------------------------------------ If you're wanting to get creative and step outside the box, we should talk: 🎙️ www.shustervoiceover.com #performer #creative #comfortzone #freelance #voiceover #actor

If you could ask Rob, Charlotte, or Tess any question, what would it be? Would it be the best Christmas film (it's Die Hard, by the way)? Their favourite thing about job crafting? Or maybe you want to know what they enjoy doing in their downtime? We're working on a really exciting campaign to help you get to know the team better, and we would love to know what you want to know 🙂 #PositivelyDeviant #PositivePsychology #DreamTeam

Pre-production isn't key It’s everything. I’m looking at everyone behind the scenes, cool as a cucumber on filming day, all smiley, and I reckon it’s all down to prep The crew works superbly well when everyone knows what their role is Was our day at Portobello free of challenges? Of course not! But there was nothing major we couldn’t quickly sort out Arrive prepared and you can be more creative on set. You won’t see problems—you'll be focused on capturing the magic A calm director = a calm set. There’s always going to be a hiccup. But the director's attitude determines the tone for everyone on set So, handle challenges with grace and your BTS social media clips will make the whole thing look breezy #VideoProduction #Filmmaking #BehindTheScenes #MediaProduction #CreativeIndustry

How do you get that first job as a Runner on set? There’s no school like the old school. Graduating at twenty-three with a history degree and some media work experience on my CV, I assumed I would land a Running role in no time. I must have driven my parents mad agonising over why I wasn’t getting any responses to the seven or eight emails I had sent to Bristol production companies asking for work. My dad advised me to make a list of all the production companies and call them up. I balked at the idea - it wasn’t 1978. But after another week of emailing, I bit the bullet. I typed in ‘Production Companies’ on Google maps, and got eighteen or so results. I wrote down their phone numbers and practiced my pitch. “Hi, I’m an artist and recent graduate looking for running work and I wondered if you had anything coming up?” I called up the first company and said, “Hi I’m a graduate artist and I’m seeking some work. In running.” Next. The second company I called were looking for a runner for a shoot in just a couple of days. They were going to start calling their regulars that very afternoon. Two days later, I was at Mendip Media working on a commercial featuring comedian Katherine Ryan. If you look closely, you can even see her slightly stunned expression: that’s my fault, I was closing the clapper board so loudly that it was like a small explosion. While landing this role was absolutely a stroke of luck, it wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t put myself out there. If in doubt, make contacts and build connections. We all want to work with people we like, and sometimes an email introduction just doesn’t cut it. How did you get your first running job? #BreakingIntoFilm #ProductionLife #FirstJobTips #NetworkingMatters #OnSetExperience #FilmIndustryCareers #MakingConnections #Runner #MediaCareers #MediaRunner

Another day of teamwork !!! Here's a behind-the-scenes look at our passionate team working on our latest live-action short film, focused on the timeless theme of friendship. 👫📽️ In this image, we're deeply engaged in the crucial storyboarding process. It's the foundation of our film, where we visualize each scene and plan every detail to ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative. ✏️📖 Storyboarding is more than just sketches on paper—it's where creativity meets strategy. It lets us map out the film's flow, anticipate challenges, and bring our shared vision to life. Each frame we sketch is a step closer to transforming our ideas into a reality. 🌟 But what truly makes this process special is the collaboration. Working together, we combine our unique talents, perspectives, and ideas, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation. The synergy within our team is the driving force behind this project. Khushi Sahu, Nandini Moyal, Vaishali & Deepika🤝💡 Stay tuned for more updates on our journey.
