It is time to bring about conscious efforts ans practices to support the recruitment and retention of Black and minority carers and staff in the fostering sector. The sector talks about overrepresentation of black and minority children, poor outcomes for care leavers and underrepresented of Black and minority caraers.....but what are WE doing to address this problem????
