Stuart Elliott: How is the role of HR changing? Noelle London: Organizations are starting to understand that investing in people — the largest part of their budget — is investing in the business, elevating the CPO and CHRO roles. When everything is an HR problem to solve, People Leaders need the right data to make those informed, strategic decisions. And HR leaders are often asked to do more with less. But the HR tech landscape is full of mostly siloed tools. (And the incumbent solutions that do integrate them cost millions and take years to implement.) The unintended consequence then, for most companies, is that there's a bunch of manual reporting with gaps and a lack of actionable insights on what's working and what's not working throughout the employee journey. (No wonder people leaders are burned out and many are going fractional.) We started Illoominus to empower those HR and People Leaders to unlock the full value of their existing HR tech stack, going that final mile to give context within and across companies and understand the employee journey: sourcing, hiring, engagement, promotions, and retention. Simply pay less than 1 full-time employee and implement in 2-3 weeks to unburden HR teams to lead organizations to become a people-first workplaces.
