Each person responds to words differently. Whether it's breaking hearts or breaking ambition. You need to know your team well enough to know what breaks them and what inspires them! AND you must know yourself! Make it a priority conversation for this week with your team! What hurts us? What empowers us? What allows us to thrive? And how do we want to be when there are breakdowns, challenges, and hurts? Not sure how to have vulnerable conversations with your team? Consider partnering with a Team Coach to get started. #leadershipcoaching #teamperformance #teamcoaching #organizationalwellness

💡 "How do you want to be today?" For some, this can be a difficult question to answer. This was a check-in question for a recent Team Coaching session, and some of the team members started with what they wanted to "do", accomplish, or get done. So, we re-focused and revisited "be" versus "do" before starting. Imagine if you knew how everyone in your team wanted to show up? How they hoped to "be", or how people experienced them? What would be possible for a team that focuses on noticing the presence of everyone else on the team, even reminding them of their "be"? You might have heard, "we're human beings not human doings". How can we start this week with a focus on "be", knowing that what we do will be so much better because of our presence? ✨ #leadershipcoaching #being #selfawareness #teamcoaching #presence
