Following on from my previous posts about the recruitment landscape in Africa I wanted to expand on the 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚. You can see my thoughts on the below- let's see if you agree... 𝟏. 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥 Africa offers a young, diverse, and increasingly well-educated workforce, with experienced professionals across all logistics product lines. The region’s investment in education and skills development means businesses have access to fresh, innovative talent – and this is only getting better as the years go by. 𝟐. 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 Lower wage costs compared to Europe and North America and other regions in the world make Africa a cost-effective choice for businesses looking to expand. As I explained in my last post, my intention is to explain the 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 of working in this region but naturally it also comes with its 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 – which I will be going over further next time.
