So, I'm in a bit of a situation here with two friends as we embark on this app development journey. As the developer, I'm wondering if the way we're approaching profit-sharing is normal or if I might be overlooking something important. One of my friends suggested a simple profit-sharing model where we split everything equally - costs and profits. That means I would chip in 33.3% for server space, developer accounts, etc., and if the app starts to generate revenue, I would also take home 33.3% of the profits. Seems straightforward, right?
