We are pleased to share that we have agreed to binding terms for acquiring two complementary uranium and rare earth element (REE) projects in the Northern Territory and northern New South Wales.   Key Highlights: ➡️ Acquisition includes the MacDonnell Ranges Uranium Project (NT) and the Fox Hill REE Project (NSW). ➡️ Our existing Moonlight Project will be consolidated into a new entity, Newco Pty Ltd, with LPM holding 50% ownership. ➡️ Strategic structure: LPM retains a 1% royalty on lithium sales from the Moonlight Project. ➡️ Expected closing in June 2024, subject to due diligence. ➡️ Focus on MacDonnell Ranges Uranium Project, with funding options for Newco under evaluation.   Dr Bin Guo, our Executive Chairman, states: The Northern Territory boasts a long history of uranium mining and is host to some of Australia’s most significant and highest-grade uranium deposits, making it the country's premier uranium mining jurisdiction.
