How to deal with anxiety. In the past year, 74% of people have felt so stressed they have been overwhelmed or unable to cope. We all can think of a moment when we felt stress or anxious. I wanted to give you an exercise to release stress and tension in your body. It’s very easy. Start with tensing your toes. Hold it for a couple of seconds and then release. Work your way up all the way to your head. I know, sometimes you’re not in the situation to tense your toes, but you can make fists and release them or tense your shoulders. Next time you’re stressed give it a try.
