The hero’s of help. It’s not everyday we lean on a catch line such as above, but yesterday was exactly one of the moments. We were called to investigate a boiler that was spluttering and banging and was advised it hadn’t been serviced for a while due to the clients ill health. One of our engineers was sent out to find a rather old boiler hanging onto life. It was very apparent that the boiler was beyond economical repair. This is where it always gets difficult for us heating guys, which way from this point. ? questions fly around your head… 1. Whats the best way to approach ? 2. What’s the clients needs ? 3. Affordability ? All this while staring into the clients eyes ! So credit where it’s due, we have a simple boiler replacement guide that helps go through some key options and explains what we offer, very clear and transparent for the client to make an informed decision. We then installed a brand new Baxi 800 Combi boiler. Client was so thrilled to be back up and running the same day. The client go’s on to email us some great feed back in which they state. We were the hero’s of help ! We loved it so much we are going to embrace it and use it on our winter boiler brochure.
