At Dosty, we hope that we are not just launching a pet care startup; we would like to envision it as a revolution in fluffy companionship, and trust me, ride to get there going to be epic. Want It, Work for It, Win It. Think about this: Once you really know what you want to do, the real work begins. It's not just about looking busy, it's about putting in the hard work, no matter how tough, as long as you're clear about your goal, your ultimate desire. After putting in the needed effort, you might just find yourself winning in whatever you're doing. It all starts with a strong desire, one you can almost touch, that takes over your mind and heart. Like this one time, a group of people really wanted to change things. They wanted to create something big, something that would work everywhere, something that can really make a difference. Dosty is still being developed. We can't know for sure if everything will go down south, or things will take us all the way north, but what we do know is that Dosty is already being used by more than 2,000 pet owners around the world (as of April 8). That might not seem like a lot, considering how big the market is, but it's a good sign that we're doing something right. We've come a long way, putting in a lot of work and dedication, mind is sharp and vision is clear. As I begin to wrap up my First week at Feedonomics I'm floored by the caliber of humans I interact with on a day to day basis. Sharon Gee's energy and velocity, is like a train coming at you at full speed that makes you want to jump right on it and ride it straight to the moon. Matt Dornfeld is not only a fierce advocate for his team, he's brilliant and makes you want to reach to the highest heights. Probably why everyone has said, and I now can confirm, is "one of the best people managers in the game." Caitlin Dell'Orfano IS A FORCE. Helps her team learn, and is an example of what raw determination can achieve. I can't wait to help fuel her already Raging inferno Mia Mian is not only helpful, she's incredibly kind. And if you understand kindness, you know that it is not for the weak. Couple that with a brilliant mind and you can't be stopped. What's clear to me? It's important to prioritize relationships over winning an argument or debate. Recently, I encountered a post where a customer expressed concerns to Zepto & Zepto Cares Cares. Initially, I was upset by their marketing team's actions but then I read Zepto Care's response. It was a reminder that we all make mistakes and acknowledging them is the first step towards improvement. I commend Zepto for their transparency and willingness to admit fault.
