Why DDx? - Bring Your Cases to Life: Simulate your existing cases through DDx’s AI-proctoring, maximizing your content and making patient encounters interactive. - Solidify Clinical Competency: From taking patient histories and interpreting medical findings, to formulating differential diagnoses, students build these skills in a low stakes, scored environment. - Increase Repetition and Reach: Programs with multiple campuses can ensure all students, regardless of location, are delivered high quality, case-based learning in a consistent and manageable manner. Join us in shaping the future of medical education. Discover how DDx can elevate your teaching and provide unparalleled value to your students. #MedicalEducation #SimulationTraining #MedicalSimulation #DDx
When I was in medical school, I always wished I had a way to practice seeing patients in a low stakes, realistic environment to solidify my clinical reasoning and knowledge. Existing tools were too rigid, difficult to use, and not scalable. I also couldn't just walk into the SIM center and use it, and I didn't want to do cases in a textbook. I needed something realistic, interactive, and in the palm of my hands. Today, this is finally possible. At the beginning of this year, Andrew Berg, MD and I set off on a path to bring this vision to reality. After countless hours, we believe we have cracked the code. I am happy to introduce: DDx by Sketchy. DDx is an AI-enabled, case-based learning experience designed for medical students and faculty. Our approach is to provide end-to-end practice cases, as well as custom case creation tools to enable faculty to bring their cases to life. Students are able to practice taking a history, interpreting physical exam findings, building a differential, ordering and interpreting tests, and ultimately managing the course of care for patients. We include live feedback, a snappy experience, and use tightly controlled AI models to proctor and guide the interaction and act as patients, physicians, and nurses. As we prepare for the rollout of the product, we are now accepting institutional partners to join our pilot program. We already have interest from many institutions and spots are filling up quickly. Follow this link to learn more and join the pilot: https://lnkd.in/gnQZSR6S Kudos to the team that has made this possible—including Nick McHenry, Ryan Pierce, Anthony O.

Join me in a critical movement to transform healthcare education through AI. In just five years, Canada’s healthcare system could face significant challenges due to retiring physicians, removing vast amounts of experience from our medical network. As one of the pioneering doctors using AI to enhance healthcare education, I am taking proactive steps to address this impending crisis. By leveraging tools like ChatGPT for medical training, we can significantly amplify our collective knowledge and readiness. Imagine the impact on businesses if employees cannot access follow-up care for injuries, or the strain on families traveling hours to find medical care. It's a reality that's unfolding now, and we must act swiftly to educate ourselves and our communities. Let’s not wait until we're caught off-guard. Educate yourself and your family with AI-driven resources to ensure we all stay informed, prepared, and healthy. Join me in this vital educational journey to boost our healthcare efficiency and safeguard our future.
