Carlo Montella, Managing Partner at #GreenHorseLegal, has been invited by the Ministry for the Environment and Energy Security to speak at the conference "Energy Transition as a driver for the development of the Italian economy: Investments in the Energy Industrial Supply Chain". Taking place today at the Auditorium of the Ministry, this workshop underscores the importance of fostering strong collaboration between private companies and public authorities to drive Italy's energy transition and industrial development. Carlo shared his insights on why Italy remains an attractive market for investors, primarily due to high energy prices driven by the country’s reliance on imported gas. However, he also highlighted the urgent need for a stable and coherent regulatory framework to support and sustain these investments, ensuring Italy can fully harness its potential in the energy sector. Collaboration between the public and private sectors is more crucial than ever to address the challenges and opportunities of the energy transition. Green Horse Legal Advisory is proud to contribute to this essential dialogue.

Education is the best instrument for a strong future. A reduction of the energy usage and therefore emissions of companies can be archived not only because of legal regulations but also because of attentive and trained employees. The aim of the project Young Energy Europe is educating young employees as energy scouts who have the knowledge to introduce energy efficiency projects in their company. By the way, the project is carried out in 10 European countries for three years. Today I was able to take part at the kickoff event of the project in Latvia hosted by the Energy efficiency centre of Elektrum. The project for the Baltic states is executed by the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania (AHK) and lead in Latvia by my great college Maija Pavila. The project YEE is financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. #PartnerWorldwide #sustainability #energy #cooperation #latvia #youngenergyeurope
