I determines whether the people would even be willing to accept your help. And a lack of access could greatly frustrate your Humanitarian efforts. Our Community Engagement & Advocacy strategies are tailored to adapt to the cultural realities of each community while maintaining our fundamental principles. In our community-led approach, we often engage with Traditional rulers as key stakeholders for the success of our interventions. EPHA Accountability Report 2021-2023 Three years into the implementation of EPHA Strategy 2021-2025, and at the beginning of a conception of EPHA Strategy 2026-2030, this accountability report offers an overview of the internal work done to secure a successful implementation of the current, and a solid foundation for the upcoming strategic plan. 2024 will see EPHA closely monitoring its organisational performance: it will develop a systematic way to evaluate team's efficacy, efficiency, and effectiveness, its ability to mobilise resources, as well as to evaluate the integration of EPHA's policy, advocacy, membership, comms and fundraising. Honoured to share that I've been named co-chair of the Business NZ Major Companies Group (MCG) CEO Forum for 2024! Co-chairing with the impressive Tracey Ryan of Aurecon. We'll be contributing to discussions on shaping NZ's long-term plan at our upcoming Auckland meeting tomorrow. One of my key objectives as a business leader is to help drive New Zealand along a trajectory of successful economic growth, while ensuring that this growth has tangible benefits for all New Zealanders. I believe New Zealand’s long-term economic planning must focus on productivity, infrastructure, regional development, international trade, and environmental sustainability. We all benefit from New Zealand’s economic success. The collective voice of business, across a multitude of sectors is critical in articulating how Government can enable that economic success. The development of a long-term plan for NZ Incorporated is a significant priority. As a nation, we need to ensure our long-term goals are unimpeded by the three-year political cycle, particularly as we look to horizon milestones such as the national commitment to reaching net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
