MEMBER NEWS | Carbon Clean Achieves Three ISO Accreditations in Three of their International Offices
Our member, Carbon Clean, achieved three International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) accreditations for its offices in the United Kingdom, United States, and India. The globally recognised standards were awarded to Carbon Clean for quality management (signalling a commitment to strong customer focus and continual improvement and optimisation), environmental management systems (a testament to an organisation's commitment to a #sustainable future), and occupational health and safety systems (indicating a commitment to improving employee safety).
This milestone symbolises our member’s growth from research and their longstanding commitment to upholding the highest standards in environmental management, quality, and health and safety. Aniruddha Sharma, Chair and CEO of Carbon Clean, stated: “We recognise the importance of ISO standards to our customers, partners and investors, so we’re proud to achieve all three accreditations simultaneously in all three countries.” The accreditations are coming at a crucial time for the company, now focusing on scaling up and commercialising its modular carbon technology CycloneCC. Over the next 12 months, Carbon Clean will roll out a Global Management System certified to all three ISO standards it has secured.
Carbon Clean focuses on carbon capture solutions, including Carbon Capture and Utilisation (#CCU), for hard-to-abate industries including cement, steel, refineries, and energy from waste. They have removed over 2.1 million metric tonnes of carbon from 49 facilities across the globe.
