💥 Things our community have told us they are trying to do more off 💥 The month of August often offers up some space to have a think about priorities for the rest of the year. The things we need to stop doing, start doing or just continue doing to be better leaders, better collaborators. This has certainly been something our in-house creative leadership community have been chatting about, so I wanted to share a few insights into what our members are focusing on to ensure they are have more impact and influence. 👉 " I want to define who we are and what we do and stick to it - individually and as a team." 👉 " I want to spend less time justifying my team to everyone in the organisation." 👉 " I really need to get out of the weeds and spend more time understanding the business and building relationships internally. ” 👉 " I don’t want to be afraid to say no.” 👉 " I want to push myself and get into some difficult spaces." 👉 " The next few months is about ensuring all the basics are set up in our team so creativity can happen more easily" 👉 “Quite simply, I just want to do more of the right things." Do these resonate with you? Would love to hear what you will be trying to do more off …

Alexzandra and Johan kicked off the Active Leadership Forum with energy, surrounded by many familiar faces and industry leaders. It’s always inspiring to connect with brilliant minds like Kent Orrgren CEO at World Class Romania, Tobias Sauer from EGYM, Ivan Szabo representing RSG Group GmbH, Alejandro Gonzalez from Life Fitness, Chris Roth from DHZ Fitness Europe GmbH, and Dr. Daniel André Langer CEO at Équité. A highlight of the day was a thought-provoking session led by Dr. Langer on the luxury business model and the “4E” framework: ✨ Emotion 💬 Engagement 👑 Exclusiveness 🎭 Experience The discussion emphasized that true luxury isn’t about high price tags—it’s about creating meaningful value and unique experiences that resonate deeply with customers. It’s about helping them feel valued, engaged, and part of something exclusive that they’ll take home as part of their lives. This approach resonated strongly with us as it is our mission to deliver customer-centered solutions that elevate user experiences and foster genuine engagement. 👉 A powerful takeaway: “When you sell a dream, make sure you are very clear on what dream you are selling.”

Today’s Leadership? Leadership is a very serious activity. As a leader you have direct affect on the work environment, dissatisfaction and increasing stress among coworkers. Leaders themselves are under pressure seeking better framework and tools to master the challenges. From the Danish Leadership Organization ‘Lederne’, there’s an offer to join their conference tour addressing these exact subjects which hereby receive my personnel recommendation. Listen to Rikke Østergaard when she explains how unnecessary complaints and conflicts drains the work environment and how these effects with negative emotions and stress. Rikke delivers her insight to how to move from emotional pollution to joy and motivation at your workplace. Question yourself. Is it you or is it the others 😉 Then listen to Bente Klarlund not only sharing her professional insight the health via exercise and food, but also reminding all of us, to fill our lives with what matters. Think beyond yourself and avoid unnecessary worry. Should the tour come near you, and this is interesting also for you, then these 2 speakers share very clear messages that we need to be reminded now and again… even if we knew already. Thumps up!

👉 How can I shift from undesirable to chosen states? 👉 How can I fearlessly navigate through pressure and stress being the best version of myself? 👉 How can I increase my inclusive presence? 👉 And how can I hit the target without targeting? The answer is simple yet complex. Easy to understand and far from easy to implement. Two straight forward tools - taught so beautifully and knowledgeable by Pierre Goirand - are: Centering (from the inside) and working with our allies (from the outside). And the effect is overwhelming. If there where not our individual patterns lingering around and trying to boycott the effort. We had a five days leadership lab to do exactly that: deep diving into these vital questions both in leadership situations and private life. Participants: 10 leaders arriving to Berlin from Germany, Africa and Luxembourg. Embarking on a journey into courage & resilience. Interweaving both 👉 Leadership Embodiment (facilitated by Pierre Goirand) with 👉 Systemic Archery (facilitated by Annette Birkholz). And what a journey it was! Stay tuned to hear more in the coming days. We are coming back 😊 and will soon open registrations for 2025! And thanks to transformative Atelier Gardens 🌿 and Benjamin Rodrigues Kafka for the incredible space in TON1! Here we go: Corinna Breitag-Heinz, Esther Montenay, Marianne Alker, Melanie Zucker, Zina Fritsche, Svenja Ossmann (she/her), Saskia Hekker, Stefan Rusconi, Renate Starke, Daniel Emmeringer, Pierre Goirand #archery #embodiment #leadership #change
