Moreover, you Offer IT controlling support as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS degree in controlling, business administration, data science or a related field of study several years of work experience in controlling or comparable function openness for change and agile Ways of Working excellent communication skills in English, German would be an advantage strong coordinating, organizational and problem-solving skills BENEFITS 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options. Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks. Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany. Have to monitor and control the Project Portfolio performance, using the tools such as Eole Suite dashboards, reports, and reviews. Should track and measure the progress, outcomes, benefits, and risks of each project and the portfolio of the Projects as a whole. Report and escalate any issues or changes that affect the portfolio and Project Align the portfolio structure with the strategy and stakeholders - have to ensure that the portfolio supports and contributes to the organization's strategic goals and priorities. EM Portfolio Scope Generation of Monthly & Quarterly reporting to review with Stake holder with Strategic Initiatives Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and interpreting EOLE tools data from dashboards/reports to identify gaps and insights relevant to streamline R&D portfolio. Documentation and Reporting: Draft preliminary reports, presentations, and memos under the guidance of portfolio leadership team. Summarizing data findings and analysis into clear, concise, and actionable reports or presentations and effectively communicating updates to support informed decision-making for stakeholders. Maintain and update a centralized repository of findings, data, and insights from EOLE tools. Act as Support and work seamlessly with the LOB portfolio teams to keep them updated and ensure information is available for them at the right time.
