“𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞. 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬.” – Steve Jobs Certainly! At Ennoventure, Inc., we are design-led in the literal sense and are committed to delivering intuitive product experience for our customers. From the onset, we’ve never settled for less, when it came to enabling superior scan experience through our app’s ecosystem. And from our vantage point, it will only elevate & rise further to serve the brands & their consumers better. However, it’s always helpful to look back at where we started, contemplate our next moves & aim higher, every time we set out to create an impeccable #userexperience. ⚡To start the week on a synergetic note, our product & design team participated in an engaging and collaborative Design Thinking Workshop, aimed at exploring ways to streamline the app experience. The workshop provided an opportunity for cross-functional collaboration, exercising product mindset, unearthing ways to solve problems for our customers and a deep dive into user-centric design processes. Here's what the group engaged in: ✅ 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Brainstorming about our users & their vital needs. ✅ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – We synthesized insights into a clear problem statement that would guide the rest of the workshop. ✅ 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 – We kicked off with each participant sharing their craziest ideas on the subject. This brought the outlier thoughts forward that we’d otherwise neglect. ✅ 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 – While Ennoventure, Inc. serves the B2B ecosystem, it’s highly critical for us to focus on building a scalable, accessible & adaptable interface for the end users. ✅ 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 – The participants built some curious paper prototypes to give shape to their ideas. We now have plenty of perceptions jotted down on paper, to pick from & convert to solutions. To summarize, we maintained anonymity & indulged in cross-questioning each other’s ideas to deep dive into the proposed solutions. Levers such as industry experience, design acumen & cross-functional view on the subject helped infuse clarity into the workshop. ➜ Up next, we look forward to collating & prioritizing our thoughts, that would lead us to the implementation stage. Design-led ideas, at the core of Design Thinking, can significantly improve problem-solving, innovation, and the overall impact of products, services, or processes. The key to producing the best results is to be human-centric & solution-oriented. 👏 Thanks Ananya Arvind Hareesh Pranchal Shaheena VIDIT for your enthusiasm & active participation. Also, special thanks to Akanksha for helping curate this content. More to follow. I’d like to end this post with an unimpeachable saying by Alina Wheeler – “Design is intelligence made visible.” #designthinking #usercentricdesign #productdesign #anticounterfeit #brandprotection
