A Return Home That Feels Right 🌍❤️ It’s often said that Greece experiences a “brain drain” – a loss of talent seeking better opportunities abroad. But what happens when the tide begins to turn? On that note, we have realized that several of our colleagues here at #EΝΟΙΑ have made the courageous decision to return to Greece after building successful careers abroad, in countries with diverse professional landscapes and high standards of living. Curious and inspired, we asked them how they feel about their homecoming and choosing Enoia for their journey forward. The response was overwhelming and, truth be told, deeply moving. Hearing from talented professionals with international exposure, who have experienced so much of the world, express confidence and fulfilment in their choice to return to Greece, and, in working at Enoia, was beyond what we expected. Maria, Georgios, Nikolaos, and Venetia—this is for you. Thank you for stepping forward so genuinely, for opening your hearts and sharing your deeply personal journeys with us. Thank you for giving us a powerful reminder that while systems and standards may differ, there is something incredibly meaningful about building your future where your roots are. We are honored to be part of your journey and proud to offer a space where you feel you can thrive, right here, at home. #TeamEnoia #BrainGain #ReverseBrainDrain #ThrivingAtHome #BuildingFutures #ProudToBeEnoia #EngineeringTheFuture

Yesterday, as part of my Portugal retreat, we visited Sintra and its surroundings. Our guide, Sofia, took us to Cabo de Roca, a place I visited in 2019, and it was just as impactful as last time. Cabo de Roca is the westernmost point of continental Europe. It's windy, the waves are rough, and it is perfect in its beauty. There's a plaque there with a famous quote that says, "Here, where the land ends and the sea begins." As we climbed up the cliffs, we saw the massive Atlantic Ocean with nothing else in. Our guide said people sometimes call Cabo de Roca the "end of the world." She asked us to contemplate if it was the end or the beginning. As a group, we decided it's both the end and the beginning. For explorers going out to sea, it was the end of their old world. But it was also the start of a new world with endless possibilities. It takes courage to step outside your comfort zone and try something new. It's a reminder that every adventure, big or small, is like taking a leap into the unknown. We don't know what's waiting for us on the other side, or what challenges we might face, but the excitement of the possibility is what drives us to explore. What drives you to explore new opportunities? #growthmindset #livethewidth #leapoffaith

Why Romania? #5 Over the weekend, I had a conversation with someone who mentioned that #Romania 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝, and I couldn't agree more. That's why I initiated the #WhyRomania series, highlighting the advantages our country offers not only to us as Romanian citizens but also to potential investors or those seeking a high-potential location to establish a service center. Today, I won't take up much of your time. I simply want you to envision this: Picture the excitement of visiting 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫, engaging in meetings and discussions with 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 #team, and then 𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 exploring the majestic #Carpathian Mountains, wandering through historic #Transylvanian towns, or relaxing on the picturesque #BlackSea coast. Wouldn't it be incredible to seamlessly transition from the office to exploring ancient castles or vibrant cities? Imagine the convenience of blending #business with pleasure and making your trip to Romania one of your most memorable #tourism experiences. #servicecenter #IT

✈️🌍The Basque Country is positioned as a strategic hub in air connectivity, thanks to its solid infrastructures and the quality of its services. With its three Airports (Loiu, Foronda and Hondarribia) close to its major cities, the region is connected to key destinations in Europe and Spain. This connectivity not only facilitates access to international markets, but also enhances the mobility of professionals and tourists, boosting economic growth and investment opportunities. 🗽 This excellent connectivity has been recently reinforced, thanks to the 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗯𝗮𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝗿𝗸 that will operate three times a week between May 31st and September 24th, opening a brand-new scenario for US investments in the Basque Country. The Iberian Peninsula, also known as Iberia, is a peninsula in southwestern Europe. It is separated from the rest of the mainland by the Pyrenees, up to the peninsular territories of mainland Spain and Portugal, dominated by three cities within the Iberian city network (Barcelona, Lisbon, and Madrid) and four majority cities (Bilbao, Porto, Seville, Valencia). With the partial exception of the network, . A similar approach is preferable to the interrelationship between different researchers.
