Living in Nashik, I've been noticing some big changes lately. Here's why I'm bullish on Nashik: 1. Room to Grow 🌱: Unlike Mumbai and Pune, we've got space. New tech parks and residential areas are popping up without the crazy congestion. 2. Affordable Living 🏠: Buying a home in Nashik is still easy . Try doing that in Mumbai without selling a kidney! 3. Wine Country 🍇 : Our vineyards are pulling in serious tourist cash. It's not just Sula anymore - new players are entering the game. 4. Metro on the Way 🚊 : Yes, it's delayed (what isn't in India?), but it's happening. Should ease up the traffic nightmare on Gangapur Road. 5. Tech Scene Stirring 💻 : Seeing more IT companies setting up shop. Not Hinjewadi levels yet, but we're getting there. Look, Nashik isn't perfect. We've got our share of problems - infrastructure needs work, and job growth could be faster. But there's potential here that reminds me of Pune 5-7 years ago. What's your take? On this continuous path of experimenting and building with limited capital and resources, what we learned is that not everything is meant for online. In our sector we saw a boom in services like #OnlineTemplePoojas but what I personally believe is that in the online process we are missing the personal touch, the feeling and the essence of the place. #Digitalization is definitely required and need of the hour in this tech era but the physical presence at that particular location relaxes your inner soul overall.
