Amara Therapeutics, the medtech company based in Galway, has closed a €1.8 million funding round backed by Enterprise Ireland

Amara Therapeutics has raised €1.8 million in fresh funding and bagged CE certification to market its medtech platform in Europe. Back by Enterprise Ireland, Western Development Commission and Frank Dolphin, the investment brings total funding raised by the Galway-based firm to €4.8 million. Mankind Pharma to raise ₹10,000cr Through NCDs, CPs Mankind Pharma is making some big moves, planning to raise a whopping ₹10,000 cr through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and commercial papers (CPs). Mankind Pharma plans to raise a significant amount of capital through a combination of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and commercial papers (CPs). The total amount raised could reach ₹250 Billion. The funds will be used to support the company's growth initiatives, including the recent acquisition of Bharat Serums and Vaccines (BSV). Key Findings: - ₹50 Billion raised via NCDs in 3-4 distinct series with maturities 48 months.
