Atiana, a single mother, faced an overwhelming situation when she lost her housing—something she never thought would happen to her. Luckily, Atiana was resilient and believed in herself, and Entryway Arizona was happy to support her in her fresh start. She worked hard to train, earn certifications, and prepare for a #multifamily career. Her hard work paid off when she was hired as a leasing agent at a luxury Greystar property, where she now lives with her baby boy and supports her mother, who also faced housing struggles. Atiana recently co-led an interviewing skills workshop for other struggling moms and inspired them to pursue Entryway training. Her cousin, who was also struggling, trained with Entryway, and now works at another community, and lives near Atiana in her own apartment!
