The inspection focused on the control system wiring and programming for a PLC-controlled ATS switchgear with dual emergency generators. This initiative aimed to enhance our client's operational efficiency and safety measures. During the inspection, our technical field services team meticulously redlined and updated the client's electrical & control schematics, ensuring alignment with the latest industry standards and best practices. Additionally, we revamped the client's controls documentation to reflect numerous repairs and replacements spanning over two decades. Completed a troubleshooting task on the wiring of an inverter in an industrial control system. During the inspection, I discovered several errors in the cable connections that were causing performance issues with the inverter. After analyzing the circuit and double-checking the wiring, I successfully identified and resolved the problem.
