Instead, most companies simply copy and paste the job description. A job description that's vague and jammed full of everything the candidate might end up doing. And looks like every other job out there. Sure, it might work if you've got great brand recognition. But if you're like most companies, it'll just end up looking like every other job advert out there. And candidates don't want to see generic job descriptions. They want to understand much more before applying.
