GENDEREDCLIMATEMIG is a five-year research project. Through case studies conducted in three middle-income countries and regional migration hubs—Malaysia, Mexico, and Morocco—this project explores the decision-making processes and experiences of migrants in the context of climate change. The project also includes a gender-sensitive investigation into the current state of climate-related migration governance at national and international levels. Throughout my career in journalism, I have gained extensive experience in various areas including conflict coverage, politics, social issues, and expat communities. However, here in Luxembourg, I have observed that age can sometimes present a barrier in this field. The lack of competitiveness in the market can lead to a sense of complacency, ultimately limiting opportunities for professional growth. In a small country like Luxembourg, the limited audience can result in feuds, and the scarcity of options in the media industry can pose challenges for those seeking new avenues. New project 🚀 POSTING.STAT 2.0 continues the activities of POSTING.STAT 1.0 by complementing the #data collected on intra-EU posting at European level.
