No matter how often you excel or how consistently you deliver results, it’s easy for others to fixate on the occasional misstep. One small error can overshadow a long track record of getting things right. That’s just how human nature works: we tend to remember what went wrong more vividly than what went smoothly. But here’s the thing - your worth isn’t defined by a single moment. Mistakes aren’t proof of failure; they’re stepping stones toward greater understanding. Instead of letting someone else’s focus on your rare missteps shake your confidence, use it as a reminder of your resilience and your capacity to learn and grow.
