EOS Worldwide’s Post

Running a family business can be incredibly rewarding, but let's be real; it's not always easy. You're not just talking about metrics and strategy; you're working alongside people you deeply care about. Having those tough, honest conversations without stepping on sensitive toes? It feels like walking a tightrope. For Interim HealthCare Inc., they struggled to fully say what needed to be said. The fear of hurting feelings, whether it was mom, dad, or brother-in-law, was always there. But thanks to their EOS Implementer, Kyle, they've learned how to have those crucial conversations openly and respectfully. Kyle helped them understand the power of honesty in business while respecting family bonds. Now, they hold each other accountable and communicate without holding back, and they're truly trusting the process. If you're in a family business, don't underestimate the impact of clear, candid communication. Sometimes, the best way to strengthen family ties is to be brave enough to talk openly and trust the process that supports it. If you're ready to start talking about the hard stuff, it's time for an EOS Implementer 👉 https://lnkd.in/gaqNY_yf

I worked in a family business for 9 years. This certainly resonates! But, I'm grateful to have had the example set by my Mom that business is business, so we have to say the hard things! Cheers to Kyle for facilitating this family to greatness!!
