Roche’s PATHWAY HER2 Test Approved for Biliary Tract Cancer The FDA has approved Roche's PATHWAY HER2 (4B5) test as the first companion diagnostic for identifying biliary tract cancer (BTC) patients eligible for HER2-targeted therapy with ZIIHERA. This marks a major advance for BTC, a rare and aggressive cancer with limited treatment options and a five-year survival rate as low as 3% for metastatic cases.
