Rwandan Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. Edouard Ngirente, was the chief guest during the opening ceremony of the Africa Trade Facilitation Forum in Kigali, Rwanda on 02 December 2024. He underscored the significance of free movement of people, goods and services in unlocking the potential of intra-African trade. He pointed out that improving digital connectivity coupled with a comprehensive enabling regulatory environment could reduce trade costs by up to 25 per cent. #ATDF2024
