There's a gap for teams to be aware of when it comes to desired vs actual AI adoption in HubSpot. That gap is created by the access to quality customer data. Currently, most companies are lacking data availability across sales, marketing and service touchpoints and this is having an impact on the ability to adopt and co-create with AI, given the inconsistencies. To get value from AI, the tools need access to comprehensive customer behavioural data, interactions and engagements, as well as typical CRM data that is complete across key attributes. I'd bet 99.9% of companies have this exact problem. It's very early on in this journey but there is a culture/mindset shift required that's starts with your people, that must go across the organisation to gather and enrich critical data points. It's no longer ok to bypass data protocols and processes. It's no longer good enough to allow data silos. Data infrastructure and quality influences everything else that's to come with AI. It's not entirely new advice, but centralising and enriching data has never been more of a priority. If you've not got plans in place already, I'd be budgeting now for Breeze Intelligence on HubSpot or I'd recommend adding this as a line item in your 2025 budget in the worst case.
