Actions often speak louder than words, but after months of putting in the work, I believe it’s time for the words to have their moment 💬. In July, I graduated as a marketer from Karel de Grote Hogeschool and couldn’t get enough of the hands-on experience! After completing my first internship during school, I jumped into a second one at CULTURE KIDS GROUP as a Business Development Intern. What began as a specific role quickly expanded into supporting the team with all kinds of tasks — from creating marketing reports and content to preparing and pitching client presentations. I loved every bit of working with this fantastic team across such a wide range of projects. A big thank you to Wout Fierens and Sam Maas for all the guidance and trust — I've learned so much because of you! 🙏 And the cherry on top? Wrapping up my internship by creating content for Luxilon Industries NV at European Open in Antwerp 🎾. It was the perfect way to close this unforgettable chapter. Enthusiastic, insightful, and memorable. These three words describe my summer internship with Enthuse Creative so far. At the halfway point of my internship, I’ve gained valuable experience in learning more about the marketing world through attending in-person and virtual events, completing marketing research tasks, and receiving insights from professionals in the field. Enthuse Creative, a digital marketing, strategic branding, and creative consulting company outside of Washington D.C, has provided me with firsthand exposure to various aspects of marketing. Some of my roles include conducting marketing research for potential clients and business partners, reviewing market research documents, and attending events. One in-person event was a lunch networking event where Reggie Holmes, the CEO of Enthuse Creative, discussed the evolution of marketing and branding in the digital age. Being able to connect with panelists and hearing about their experience on how they branded their company gave me a better idea on how to successfully create a brand for a company. Another one of my favorite events was a virtual event titled "The Anatomy of a Brand," which explored the perceptions of branding versus the reality of how branding should be perceived. Both of these events have been very memorable for me as I was able to get a lot of insightful information and notes that I plan to incorporate in the future.  So far my experience has been very positive and I am looking forward to the second half of my internship with Enthuse Creative and what's to come! #SummerInternship #EnthuseCreative #DigitalMarketingIntern

By diving into each brand's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), the assistant gains valuable experience in breaking down complex market factors, a skill that proves valuable in almost any business environment. 2.𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. This task involves gathering comprehensive data from different sources, including websites, customer reviews, social media, and industry reports. Performing in-depth research strengthens the assistant's ability to navigate diverse resources, making them more adept at locating and organizing information, a core competency for any virtual assistant. Taking on a competitor analysis project goes beyond routine administrative duties, providing hands-on experience that is building my confidence in tackling more complex tasks. Working on this kind of project expands my capabilities, making me to be more versatile and effective in my role as an Administrative virtual assistant. This experience as an intern ultimately sharpens my skills, making me more adaptable and prepared for diverse responsibilities in my nitch.
