As the independent protector of human rights, we use our unique powers under the Equality Act 2010 to investigate when the law is not followed. This year, we published our investigation into Pontins. The investigation looked at whether Pontins discriminated against Gypsies and Travellers on the basis of race. We found Pontins had committed 11 unlawful acts against the Traveller community.
