So as a product, what is the key difference that you see between a listed asset and an unlisted assets? Are there any different considerations that one must look at when you know thinking of the enlisted space because we know pretty much what to look at for listed now. Yeah, lots of difference, lots of you know, relevant and material differences. I think at the core whether it's listed or unlisted, it's a business. And I think from that point of view when you're trying to understand the business as an analyst, as a fund manager, there is no difference. It's a business, right. But I think from a participation as an investor point of view, there are huge differences. For example, like we all know in India, we have Sebi and if you want to list on the markets. You have to abide by all the regulations of the regulator. You have to abide by all the guidelines and requirements of the stock exchanges. You have to, for example, share your quarterly results within a certain time frame after the quarter gets over or when the year gets over, etc. I think on the enlisted side, there are no such regulations. You know the requirements are there and as investors we want all of that data. The requirement is there, but the regulation is not there. So I think that's one big difference, the second difference, which I think is a very important. Difference again is on the on the listed markets. If you do not like something about the company because you know companies are growing Organism, things keep changing. If you do not like what's happening, what's going on or what's coming you know in in the near future etcetera. You can like they say vote with your feet, you can sell the stock and get out and the unlisted markets you have no such luxury because there is no liquidity who do you sell to etcetera, etcetera. And I think the third important thing you know which kind of. Ties in with the with the 1st and the 2nd in a way is governance. I think when you look at listed markets, there are certain set governance standards and companies have no choice but not only to adhere to those standards but also be transparent about it. In the private markets, you know companies do not have to be transparent to the market because they're private, but they do have to be transparent to their investors. So I think a lot of similarities between listed and unlisted at the same time like we just discussed, there are enough and more differences between the two. Asset classes. Right.

Over a decade, private capital's AUM grew 2.5 times faster than public market cap, reaching $14.7 trillion by 2022.
