Dynamic reassessment of credit in Accounts Receivable (A/R) is a low-hanging fruit that is often overlooked. Factors such as customer payment on invoices, reaction to cash discounts, and dispute behavior can all be used to adjust credit limits dynamically. Rewarding a reliable customer who always pays in full and quickly cycles through their order limit is just as important as issuing penal debit notes for late payments. Attaching a good report for more insights. It's an excellent measure to adopt when implemented with the right risk-reward parameters.
