There are 100 days until the FCC 1 to 1 Consent Rule goes into effect. If you acquire consumer leads and are subject to TCPA then every single consumer lead must have seen and agreed to be called by your brand. It will no longer be acceptable to buy "aged leads" or "shared leads" unless they have given YOUR BRAND specific consent. This is a fundamental shift in the traditional lead generation model and one that WILL catch companies off guard and put them at substantial risk of lawsuit or regulatory fine. By the way, there is NO GRANDFATHER CLAUSE. If you have a 90 day sales cycle you better have that consent process in place in 10 days....otherwise you will be violating the rule when it goes live and you continue to reach out to the prospect.
