Why do HR representatives often ghost candidates after the interview process? It's puzzling that they would be so diligent in confirming and reconfirming interview details, even calling on the day of the interview, only to completely disappear when it's time to provide feedback or updates on the candidate's status. It's as if they forget what it's like to be in the candidate's shoes, waiting anxiously for a response. Did they never experience the frustration and uncertainty of being left in the dark after an interview? It's disappointing to see a lack of empathy and humanity in this process. Ghosting candidates after an interview is unprofessional and inconsiderate. It leaves a negative impression of the company and can damage their reputation. HR representatives should prioritize communication and transparency, providing timely updates and feedback to candidates, even if it's just a simple acknowledgement of their application or a notification that the position has been filled.

That’s the deciding factor…you keep going.
