Allocate your energy to make the difference.  💥 💥💥💥   Over the last few months, I have been contemplating: Where could I best channel my energy in the coming years to fully unlock Sunday Natural’s immense potential? As you may remember, I was writing about the 7Ps in 2020, and the most important “P”s for me are still: PEOPLE, PASSION and PURPOSE. (Link in the comments below) The first P, PEOPLE, comes straight to my mind - it's about People … and Partners! 🙏🙏🙏🙏 A BIG THANK YOU goes to Joerg Schweikart and Jan Alexej Gottschau for their friendship, giving me this unique opportunity and trusting me with their life´s work. Most important I want to thank the Sunday Natural #dreamteam for making every day a very special (Sun)DAY for me.   Together with CVC Capital Partners as shareholder and Patrick Schmidt, our new CEO, I am ready to start this new chapter with Sunday Natural. Patrick has the experience and track record required to further drive the growth of this company and will be a fantastic leader for the business. 🚀 🚀 🚀 🚀 The second P, my PASSION, is in developing, scaling and growing business: Developing unique concepts and ideas, scaling a business by identifying and executing the right things, exploring new markets. Unlocking potentials by trying new ways and optimizing existing processes, by questioning the routine. Yesterday, we had an incredibly productive day at our London office, welcoming Erez Buganim CEO at SYNEL MLL PayWay Ltd and the EMEA leadership team for a series of insightful discussions and strategy sessions. The day was packed with meaningful conversations about our year-to-date performance and the exciting plans we have in place to close out 2024 with strong momentum. Looking ahead to 2025, the entire team left energised and focused on how we’re going to kick off the new year with impactful initiatives that drive continued success. We also took the opportunity to reflect on the strength of our global organisation and explore how we can further leverage the incredible knowledge and capabilities that exist in each region. These cross-regional collaborations are key to our long-term strategy, and yesterday’s discussions reinforced how we can make the most of our global expertise. In addition, we reviewed the significant changes we’ve made to our sales and marketing strategies over the past 18 months - strategies that have fuelled remarkable growth. Seeing the results of these efforts and how they’ve set the stage for future success made for an exciting and fulfilling day.
