Proud of you Dr BLANCHE ANYA, Representative of OMS Tchad - Organisation mondiale de la Santé and Dr Shible SAHBANI Representative of @WHO Sudan. Keep going and growing. Leadership is a demanding and evolving skill with multiple facets. One that I would like to appreciate here is about Moral Leadership and the concept of Moral trade-off. As we work in a context of scarce resources to meet several priorities, we are constantly dealing with moral trade-off. In our pursuit of public good and social justice, we confront with conflicting agenda; and as humanitarian and international development leaders, we have to make decisions for the great good. This is where the concept of moral trade-off helps weighing our values to support our decision. Thus, I will learn from your practice of leadership once back to the field. Likewise, in the frame of the collective leadership, I will support you in this process. Marcel Urayeneza, Robin Pulsifer Claude Pinard, Said Bilani, Ed.M, M.A.
