Day to Day Responsibility: - • Send personalized messages or emails to prospective models and designers to introduce them to the event registration process. • Utilize various platforms like social media, fashion portals, and databases to connect with aspiring models and designers. • Research and identify potential models and designers for upcoming fashion events. • Follow up with leads to ensure they complete the registration process and answer any questions they may have. • Build and maintain relationships with fashion schools, modelling agencies, and talent managers to promote model participation. • Regularly update and manage a database of leads and registered models and designers. • Collaborate with the event management and marketing team to align registration goals and strategies. • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss outreach progress and strategize for upcoming campaigns • Ensure all registration details are accurately captured and stored in the system. • Monitor competitor events and their registration strategies to identify new business opportunities. • Engage with interested models and designers through social media platforms to generate leads. • Maintain daily records of outreach efforts, leads generated, and registration status. • Provide regular reports to the business development.
