If you're being interviewed on good podcasts, but getting no leads after it goes live, this is where you're probably messing up: Your call-to-action. At the end of the interview, hosts usually ask, "how can people know more about you?". This is your chance to bring people to your world! Don't waste it by saying something generic like "follow me on social media", or "book a free call". That's not enough for a podcast listener to interrupt what he was doing (yes, since podcast listeners are multitasking), pick up their phone, and search for you or type a URL. You need a compelling call-to-action. Something that is the logical next step, after they heard your story and your framework. What could they do to start moving in the right direction? What small problem could you solve, that has been keeping them from getting closer to their goal? What quick win could you provide them, so they start getting results in advance (before they work with you)? One of my first mentors Frank Kern said something I'll never forget: "If you want people to believe you can help them, help them!" #podcastguesting #calltoaction #podcasting

🎙 The Power of Recommendation: Podcasts and Word-of-Mouth🎙 ️ Did you know that nearly 70% of people are more likely to listen to a podcast if a friend or family member recommends it? This stat highlights the importance of word-of-mouth marketing in the podcasting world. People trust the opinions of those they know, and a personal recommendation can be the key to discovering a new favorite show. Here's how you can leverage this for your podcast: Encourage listeners to share: Let your audience know how much you appreciate their support and ask them to recommend your podcast to their network. Engage with your community: Respond to comments and messages, and participate in relevant online discussions. Building relationships with your listeners fosters trust and loyalty. Partner with other podcasters: Do a crossover episode with another show in your niche or interview someone relevant to your audience. This exposes you to a new listener base who might be interested in your content. By building trust and fostering connections, you can turn your listeners into your biggest fans (and promoters)! #podcastmarketing #wordofmouth #podcastgrowth #cuepodcasts
