What an inspiring week! Precision fermentation and ecosystem collaboration are indeed key to sustainable food systems. A great example is Perfect Day, which uses precision fermentation to produce dairy proteins, achieving a 97% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions compared to traditional dairy.
