But honestly, when you start to look at games, they live and die by the success of their engagement, how well they teach their players to play the game, how much they engage these people to actually get in and to spend time in these games. So I feel like games are a master class in behavioral psychology. So gamification is studying games and taking different pieces of them and applying them to whatever instance you're in, if it's software. If it's, you know, maybe an initiative at work, how do we take these things so that we can motivate people and motivate them, not just extrinsically by like here, you do this thing, I'm going to give you a gift card that will only last for so long.
