Friday Reflection: Let's Celebrate Resilience ✨ As we wrap up another week, let's pause for a moment to extend congratulations to each other for our failures. You heard that right, not wins, but failures. While there are countless ways to sugarcoat setbacks, sometimes we need to just acknowledge when things simply didn't work out as planned. Instead of shying away from the term "failure," what if we reframed our perspective to celebrate it? 🌟Let's celebrate the lessons learned that will help us do better next time. 🌟Let's celebrate that we're courageously putting ourselves out there. 🌟Let's celebrate the people who stick by our side through thick and thin. In my office hangs a poignant reminder of this mindset: "The Man in the Arena" speech, originally by Theodore Roosevelt, and beautifully shared again more recently by Brené Brown. It serves as a reminder of how I perceive failures and challenges, and whose opinions I allow to impact my life. It underscores the truth that it's not the critics who matter, but those alongside us in the arena, valuing #courage and striving valiantly, despite our inevitable failures and setbacks. So, to all of you who are winning in that arena, kudos! And to those of you struggling with obstacles, let's keep fighting together. Because even in the face of failure, we're #DaringGreatly. And here's a link to that speech for anyone who needs a little boost of courage this week 💪 #Mindset #Resilience #CelebrateFailure #BreneBrown

Well said Erin! Thanks for sharing and missed running into you at ICCFA--but did practice my "Irish Goodbye" to perfection 😁 Have a great weekend!
